Installation Options

Premium Site Visit - £42 incl VAT

Higher-level engineer visit to connect the ONT

ONT location can be located up to 30m from fibre entry

More than 15m of external fibre can be run

Openreach's engineers will:

  • Up to 30m internal wiring;
  • Connect up to 2 more devices;
  • Conduct Wi-Fi analysis in up to 3 rooms in house/building;
  • Move router to provide best Wi-Fi coverage;
  • Install up to 2 data extension kits and/or;
  • Shift ONT to where customer wants/needs;
  • Remove powerline adapters (with customer permission).

One-off fee - £42.00 incl VAT

Note: The engineers decission on acceptance ONT location will be final.

Advanced Site Visit - £216 incl VAT

Advanced installations are designed to support business customers with complex installations or into a separate building on-site such as outbuildings or garages

  • Up to 100m wiring from where Openreach network is presented to the premise;
  • More complex cabling / through multiple walls
  • On existing cable trays running horizontally or vertically using cable ties (may include through multiple floors)
  • Through ceiling or floor tiles that are removable and accessible
  • Using in-situ cabling (structured) to provide service
  • Connect to existing in-building structured cabling e.g. In comms rooms
  • X-Marks the spot to indicate preference for NTE or ONT install location

One-off fee - £216.00 incl VAT
