We will provide an initial response acknowledging your complaint within 3 working days.
We will provide a full response within 30 working days from the date of your complaint.
We take complaints seriously and as such your complaint will be fully investigated by a Company Director. A Company Director will respond to your complaint with a final response.
Should your complaint relate to Telecoms and you are not satisfied with our final response you will receive a Deadlock letter.
Once you receive your Deadlock Letter you are within your rights to contact the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). We are a member of ADR Scheme who can be contacted on (to be confirmed). This is a free service that is independant of ourselves.
